The following privacy policy relates to online data only. By using this website you consent to the collection and use of the following information by myself (Sue Spencer) and by Positive Wellness Therapies.

All your personal data is processed in the UK however for the purposes of data storage, IT hosting and maintenance this information may be located on servers in other countries. All of these businesses/services are compliant with the GDPR. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is not without risk and I cannot therefore guarantee the security of any data sent over the internet.

I reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version of it on the website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

You may ask me to provide you with any personal information I hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to the payment of a fee which will vary depending on the amount of information you require. You may ask me not to use your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time. (In practice, you will either be a former or existing client or have expressly agreed in advance for me to use your personal data for marketing purposes. However, I will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes at the bottom of every email I send.)

This website may contain links for you to go to other websites, however I am not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third party websites.

Please let me know if the personal information which I hold about you is wrong and needs to be corrected or updated.
